I strive for this verse:

"Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all." Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." Proverbs 31:28-30

My new blender

So my old blender broke the other day. I decided to spend more money and get a good one from a brand that holds up to it's name (Kitchen Aid). So I made fresh smoothies tonight for the kids and oh were they so yummy!

Gardening

Today we planted some plants, flowers, and a garden. The kids really enjoy gardening!

Just because they are cute :)

Here are some pictures of my sweet kiddos!

Our little finger sucker

I have not had a finger/thumb sucker before. Josiah and Aliyah took a pacifier for their first year and Malachi wouldn't take anything. Judah now...he refuses his pacifier and sucks on his first two fingers on his right hand. It is so cute! Hopefully he wont' be sucking on his fingers when he is older!

He is just so darn cute!

Cubscout Crossover

So we had our cubscout crossover over the past weekend. The crossover means that the boys "graduate" to the next level of scouting. So Josiah moves from a bear scout to a webelo scout and Malachi moves from a tiger scout to a wolf scout. Our pack spends the night camping for fun on the night of the crossover as well. This was Judah's first overnight camping trip at 3 months old! He did great and slept well in his sleeping bag. Josiah put up the tent mostly by himself and took it down all by himself!! Such a little man!

Here I am changing his neckerchief to his new one. I did this with both boys since I am their den leader :)

And here Malachi is getting his new neckerchief!

We had a great time with the cubscouts and look forward to another year in the fall!!!

Spring Soccer Season

So we have now officially ended spring soccer season. It was a good season for the kids. Josiah has shown so much improvement and competitiveness on the field. Malachi scored so many goals that I lost count! Aliyah played all of her games without complaining of being too cold....it is a very windy and chilly season here in Colorado :) The boys will have a chance to go to a day soccer camp in July this summer. The next soccer season will begin again in September! And now for some pictures of this season....

Here is Josiah!

Here is Malachi!
